CANADIAN ORDERS:  2 shipping options:  (1) Standard Shipping Rates on ground service within Canada is $5, unless otherwise stated.  Standard ground service does not include a tracking number.  I am not responsible for lost packages. (2) Expedited Shipping with tracking number is available at check out for $15.00 for one item and an additional $2 per item. 

LOCAL PICKUP:  safe door pickup is available between 10am - 5pm in North Vancouver by appointment.  Add info in the remarks at checkout or send an email to contact@lornagemstonejewelry.com. 

USA ORDERS:  all orders are shipped Expedited at a rate of $20.00 CDN and an addition $2 per item.  All parcels are declared at Canada Post.  Customer will receive a tracking number.

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time. All orders are subject to US taxes and duties.

All orders will be ready for dispatch in 1–3 business days.  With that said, we do our best to send orders out on a daily basis!  

CUSTOMIZED / PRE-ORDERS:  Some of our items are available for pre or customized orders. For these orders, estimated shipping date will be communicated at the time of purchase.  For customized orders email contact@lornagemstonejewelry.com 

General Guidelines

We want to ensure your package arrives safely and timely! 

Please consider the following when placing your order...  

• Be sure to include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). 
• Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information will be subject to a re-routing cost. 
• Please note, we will only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise if a tracking number is provided. Tracking numbers are provided if requested before shipped, and carry an additional charge depending on location. Please be sure to mention that you want your shipment expedited when placing your order. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:   All orders are final.  

REPAIRS:  Even with your best intentions and care, elastic bracelets break or stretch. Providing you have all of your beads, your first restring is on us!  This does not include packaging and postage which is $5.  If you are missing a bead or two and we no longer have a match an alternative is to add a lava stone.  NOTE:  During the pandemic, please mail your bracelet in to be restrung.  After your first resting, the cost to repair is $10 per bracelet plus shipping $5.  

If your mala necklace breaks (what we like to consider a ‘breakthrough’), we are happy to restring/repair for a fee of $65 (108 bead malas) and $5 per mala necklace for shipping. Any supplies will be charged accordingly.   Please send your repair request to contact@lornagemstonejewelry.com.
