Shipping & Repairs

Due to the global situation regarding COVID-19, Canada Post does not guarantee any delivery times, even if you choose the Xpresspost option. This situation is beyond our control. We will not refund packages that arrive late. It takes 30 days for a package to be declared lost by Canada Post. If this situation does not suit you, please cancel your order.

 

CANADA ORDERS: $5 shipping within Canada is sent via regular letter mail and does not include tracking. Upgrade to Tracked Packet is available in checkout. 

I am not responsible for lost packages. Please choose your shipping wisely.

LOCAL PICKUPS:  If you are in the North Vancouver, BC area and would like to pick up your order in person, please select “Pick Up” for the delivery method at checkout.  Once your order is placed we will send you the address and arrange a pick up time with you. USA ORDERS:  all orders are declared and shipped with a tracking number through Canada Post. Choose your shipping method at checkout.

NOTE:  We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.

 

DISPATCH:  All orders will be ready for dispatch in 1–3 business days.  With that said, we do our best to send orders out on a daily basis!  

 

CUSTOMIZED / PRE-ORDERS:  Some of our items are available for pre or customized orders. For these orders, estimated shipping date will be communicated at the time of purchase.  For customized orders email contact@lornagemstonejewelry.com.

 

General Guidelines

* We want to ensure your package arrives safely and timely! 

* Please consider the following when placing your order...  

   - Be sure to include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc.).

   - Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information will be subject to a re-routing cost.

Please note, we will only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise on orders with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are provided after order is shipped. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:   All orders are final.  

REPAIRS: 

Bracelets:  Even with your best intentions and care, elastic bracelets break or stretch. Providing you have all of your beads, your first restring is on us!  This does not include handling and shipping.  If you are missing a bead or two and we no longer have a match an alternative is to add a lava stone.  After your first resting, the cost to repair is $10 per bracelet plus shipping $5.  

Mala Necklaces:  If your mala necklace breaks (what we like to consider a ‘breakthrough’), we are happy to restring/repair for a fee of $70 and $18 per expedited shipping. If you would like to pick up at our location please let us know in advance.  Any supplies will be charged accordingly.  Please send your repair request to contact@lornagemstonejewelry.com.
