We know you’ve heard the news: Canada Post is on strike.
After researching alternative shipping carrier rates, we have made the decision to focus our business on local holiday markets/events and pickups. We regret to inform you that we will not be shipping out any orders will Canada Post is on strike. If any orders get processed it will be placed on hold until the strike is resolved or cancelled upon request with a full refund issued.

LOCAL PICKUPS: If you are in the North Vancouver, BC area and would like to pick up your order in person, please select “Pick Up” for the delivery method at checkout. DISPATCH:
General Guidelines
* We want to ensure your package arrives to you safely and timely. All orders will be ready for dispatch in 1–3 business days. With that said, we do our best to send orders out on a daily basis!
* Please consider the following when placing your order...
- Be sure to include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc.).
- Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information will be subject to a re-routing cost.
Please note, we will only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise on orders with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are provided after order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. Exchanges only within 14 days.
REPAIRS:
Bracelets: Even with your best intentions and care, elastic bracelets break or stretch. Providing you have all of your beads, your first re-string is on us! This does not include handling and shipping. If you are missing a bead or two and we no longer have a match an alternative is to add a lava stone. After your first re-sting, the cost to repair is $10 per bracelet plus shipping $5.
Mala Necklaces: If your mala necklace breaks (what we like to consider a ‘breakthrough’), we are happy to restring/repair for a fee of $70 for labour, $18 per expedited shipping and any supplies used to repair your necklace.
